UK Deliveries

UK - Who do we ship with?
Within the UK, we ship smaller items with Royal Mail and larger orders with Menzies / APC who offer a tracked and insured service.

UK - What does it cost?

• Delivery is free on orders over £75
• Delivery for orders of less than £75 will be charged £3.50 for shipping

UK - How quickly will it arrive?
Most items are held in stock and will be dispatched and delivered within 3-4 days of the order being placed. Some items, those requiring personalisation or custom manufacturing, will take longer and the typical delivery time is noted in the description of each product on our website.

In the unlikely event that it will take longer than advertised to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately with an updated delivery estimate.

International Deliveries

International - Who do we ship with?
Smaller items are shipped with Royal Mail ?International Tracked and Signed? to ensure you can track your parcel between it leaving us and arriving with you. Please note that a delay in the tracking details updating whilst it clears customs in your country is not uncommon so do not be concerned by this.

Larger items, such as kilts, are shipped with DHL or Parcelforce depending on which offers the most reliable service to your country. All of our international orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. As soon as your order leaves us you will be sent an email with tracking details and then regular updates as it makes its way to you.

International - What does it cost?
After you place an order with us we will package it up and contact you with an accurate and final shipping cost accompanied by an electronic invoice which you can pay online. If you prefer, you can call up to make payment over the phone.

Due to the broad range of items that we sell and destinations we send to the prices vary but typically for single items, including kilts, the costs are:

Europe:

• Smaller Items: £15-£25
• Larger Items: £40-£60

North America:

• Smaller Items: £18-£30
• Larger Items: £70-£80

Rest of World:

• Smaller Items: £18-£30
• Larger Items: £80-£100

Larger orders weighing more than 2kgs may cost slightly more.

International - How quickly will it arrive?
Most items are held in stock and will be dispatched within 1-2 days of the order being placed. Some items, those requiring personalisation or custom manufacturing, will take longer and the typical processing time is noted in the description of each product on our website.

Once the item leaves us, it will typically take 5-10 working days to arrive with you.

In the unlikely event that it will take longer than advertised to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately with an updated delivery estimate.

When Do We Dispatch Orders, What About Holidays?
Our Warehouse Team process orders on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10.00am-3.00pm

We are closed on UK Bank Holidays, December 25th & 26th as well as January 1st & 2nd.

Orders placed before 2.00 pm will typically be dispatched on the same day where goods are in stock.
